Architectural Control Committee
The Architectural Control Committee are members of the PFPOA who protect the value and desirability of the properties within this subdivision by enforcing the Bldg. Restrictions and Guidelines and Covenants covering both Unit 6 and Units 7 through 12. The PFACC also manages the Application for Construction process.
